We are a medium-sized company and our major lines of activity are human resources and engineering services. We started out 10 years ago with an innocent enthusiasm but full of determination. Due to these two characteristics we have succeeded in time to achieve our clients' objectives. We have gained our clients' trust by preserving our enthusiasm in providing valuable recruitment services. But why the need of a different human resources company here in Romania? Firstly, we like to think that this company can help at raising the Romanian human resources professional standards. Secondly, Romania being a fully member of the E.U., from both cultural and logistic sides, it is easier to collaborate with the foreign companies and to satisfy their professional needs. Extracting the main idea from the above mentioned, we can conclude that EMIROM is different than the other human resources company, by considering 2 main clients: the employee and the employer. These three parties (including us) build a triangle. This well-defined triangle made possible the win of the third place award in the top companies providing services in Bucharest and the Lloyds Register UKAS certification for ISO 9001:2008 , applicable to " Recruitment & Contract Management of technical personnel for oil& gas industry and for power industry". The triangle is sustained by EMIROM's values, engagement and trust. Each side of the triangle represents a value to be respected. EMIROM's team has the role to facilitate the employee-employer relationship. The team is formed of highly qualified personnel with relevant experience in both HR area and the technical field. The team is also highly motivated in achieving its vision and improving the services' quality year by year. |
