We are looking for a Junior Engineer, a very motivated person, with strong personality, ready for a challenging job.

The selected person will receive specific training in order to perform as a member of the Recruitment & Logistics Department of our company.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Technical University degree
1 year experience in industrial field is desirable but not a must
Human Resources courses would be an advantage but are not a must
Fluent English language – spoken and written
Second language (Italian or French) will be a plus
Ability to build strong relationships
Ability to easily learn/apply technical information
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet tools

DUTIES:
– Understand and review technical job requirements
– Perform the sourcing and screening of candidates that meet the job requirements
– Prepare and implement advertising texts for recruitment campaigns
– Assessment of the received CVs, conduct phone interviews
– Perform the assessment of the candidates trough direct interviews
– Provide support for the short listed candidates during the direct interviews conducted by the Client`s representative
– Follow the recruitment process until the contract between the selected resource and the Client is concluded
– Update the recruitment & selection internal data bases
– Participate and promote the company’s image at various job fairs
– Work in compliance with QMS procedures and work instructions
