Ideal candidate

– Italian language knowledge- mandatory
– available for short missions within the Ploiesti area, for personnel training organization
-B driving license
-experience in recruitment& selection- preferable
-project based experience is an asset
-having a background/ degree in psychology/ social assistance / medical assistance/ human resources etc.
-good organizational skills
-good communication skills
-eager to learn
-proactive and problem solving oriented

Work location: Ploiesti office, downtown located

Responsibilities:
– recruitment& selection of the personnel for the home assistance, personnel who shall work in Italy and at a later term, personnel who shall work in Romania
– organization of the selected personnel training, with the support of the Italian main office and of the training sessions local providers
– phone answering within the Ploiesti office
– interface between the Italian main office and various Romanian providers
– interface with the potential clients
