– High school / University Degree Required
– Good command of Italian and English both written and spoken;
– Computer skills with MS Office software required,
– Very good organizational and communication skills
– Previous work experience – 2 years minimum

Main Responsibilities:

– Prepares and issues technical presentations and documents;
– Prepares technical documentation for bids;
– Organizing internal and external meetings;
– Arranges agendas including time schedules;
– Organizes all travel arrangements, settling of hotels & reservations and keeps track of all requests for reimbursement;
– Facilitates liaison of line manager with all other employees;
– Administrates the office equipment;
– elaborates and translates documents;
– performing other relevant duties required by the direct Superior
