DOCUMENT CONTROLLER – BUCHAREST

 

MISSION: to control the documents related to the project
TASKS :
• provides assistance to the project team
• liaises with contractors to ensure that company’s document control procedures are implemented and utilized
• maintains a library of company documentation at Site offices
• helps, develops and implements at contractors offices company’s Electronic Document Management Systems
• develops and makes available accurate registers of all technical documentation produced by contractor and company
• provides a link between project team and other offices or projects within
• facilitates close-out of project and handover of deliverable
• provides technical support to the project team
• supports the activities of the Senior Document Controller
• maintains the electronic document management system (EDMS)
• supports and facilitates the document revision cycle for the documents produced by the Project Team
• distributes the electronic / hard copy documentation
• assists the team in routine sourcing of information
• assists team in the use of EDMS
REQUIREMENTS:
• EDMS – good working knowledge
• English language – full working proficiency
