We are looking for very motivated persons, with strong personality and leadership skills, ready for a challenging job.

MISSION: the fulfillment of the recruitment requests trough recruitment and selection processes. Based on our constant strive for high quality services we decided to enlarge the Recruitment team with new members.


Ideal candidate:

Technical University – engineer graduated (would be a plus)
1 year experience in industrial field is desirable but is not a must
Human Resources courses would be an advantage but is not a must
Fluent English language – spoken and written
Second language (Italian or French) will be a plus
Ability to build strong relationships
Ability to learn technical information
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet operation

– Review and understand technical job requirements
– Performing the sourcing and screening of candidates that meet the job requirements
– Preparing and implement advertising texts for recruitment campaigns
– Assessment of the received CVs, short list issuance, phone interviews
– Performing the assessment of the candidates trough direct interviews
– Providing support during the direct interviews conducted by the Client representative
– Following the recruitment process until the contract between the selected resource and the Client is concluded
– Updating of the recruitment & selection internal data bases
– Participating and promoting the company’s image at various job fairs
– Working in compliance with QMS procedures and work instructions
