Mission
▪ Operate, service and maintain Subsea Remote Equipment, in compliance with approved specifications, operative procedures and ensuring the respect of company safety and quality procedures and practices

Tasks
▪ Maintain and operate the complete Subsea Remote Equipment/ROV System including the winch, A-frame
▪ Find faults on all Subsea Remote Equipment/ROV mechanical / hydraulic / electronic / electrical / control sub-system
▪ Carry out Subsea Remote Equipment/ROV piloting and ROV manipulator operations
▪ Mobilize and demobilize Subsea Remote Equipment/ROV systems onboard vessels and barges
▪ Produce Subsea Remote Equipment/ROV dive logs (written/oral/video) for presentation to client
▪ Be experienced as a minimum of 4 years trade background as electrician, mechanic or marine engineer as entry level and knowledge of mechanical / hydraulic / electronic / electrical / control sub-systems
▪ Mobilize and demobilize Subsea Remote systems on board vessels and barges
▪ Operate Subsea Remote Equipment
▪ Carrie out services, general or partial overhauls, assembly and disassembly works and various maintenance activities
▪ Find faults on Subsea Remote Equipment mechanical / hydraulic / electronic / electrical / control sub-system
▪ Ensure the respect of Safety regulations
▪ Ensure compliance with Company’s permit to work system, isolation standards
▪ Be experienced as a minimum of 4 years trade background as electrician, mechanic or marine engineer as entry level and knowledge of mechanical/ hydraulic/ electronic/ electrical/ control sub-systems

Requirements:
Knowledge of Equipment Engineering basics principles;
Capability to interpret relevant Technical Project Documentation
Knowledge of Marine Operations, Pipe coating, Pipe laying Techniques, Cranes, Survey Equipment and Practices
Capability to read and apply the Project Quality Plan including the relevant procedures, standards and forms
Capability to prepare and update Technical Documentation, including the relevant technical reporting
Knowledge of types of trenching equipment and its limits;
Capability to manage the trenching team and ROV team and lifting and rigging activities
Interpretation and assessment of Environmental and Weather Conditions
Knowledge of:
– Maintenance Intervention Procedures
– Maintenance Stock Management
– Manipulator maintenance
– Computer / Control / Software systems and Fault Finding
– Electrical / Electronic systems and Fault Finding
– Hydraulic / Mechanical Systems and Fault Finding
Capability to perform Subsea Remote System mobilization / demobilization activities
Launch and recover Subsea Remote Equipment. Perform Terminations on all types of Umbilical Pilot Subsea Remote Equipment Survey Sensor Hook-up
Produce dive records, video, audio and written Subsea Remote Equipment pre and post-dive checklist
AUV related experience
• Geophysical Survey Navigation
• MBES, SSS , SBP, Magnetometer
• Data Acquisition & Post-Processing
• Laser Scanner
• Acoustic Leak Inspection
• ROV Subsea Installation & Intervention
• Post Trenching machines
